Where can I buy or order PURVECT AIR?
Purvectors are only sold or installed by certified system providers or specialist processors. A Purvector is only as good as the expertise behind a correct installation. You will soon find specialist companies in your area on our website. Until then, please contact us and we will be happy to announce a certified specialist company near you.
How much does a Purvector cost?
A Purvector type 1 is available from 1,500 €/CHF UPE (recommended retail price). *Note currency fluctuations
Where does a Purvector neutralize indoor air?
A Purvector built into the ventilation system neutralizes indoor air directly where pollutants are located and germs such as viruses and bacteria develop or are transmitted: In the room, in the air itself. Filter systems clean by absorbing return air. When the purified supply air flows into the room, it mixes with the polluted room air in it, which massively reduces effectiveness and massively increases the risk of infection. The good measurement results of the filter systems are measured in the ventilation system and not in the room, together with polluted room air and therefore cannot be compared with the Purvection measurement results.
How effective is PURVECT AIR in practice?
According to the Fraunhofer Institute in Stuttgart, Purvectors achieve a germ reduction rate of -99.99% for pathogens such as bacteria and viruses, based on the SARS-CoV-2 surrogate virus Phi6. These germ reduction rates, which have been scientifically determined by the Fraunhofer Institute, can be measured and checked in any room using a standardized, mobile measurement method. The reduction of foreign odors is easier to verify. If you have detected a source of bad odors, preferably a mobile source, you can place it in a purvectorized room and after a few minutes this bad smell will be eliminated. If you are unsure, bring the smell source back outside and it will start to smell bad again after a few minutes. Repeat this test a few times, it will convince you. An entire room must be very bad enough for you to immediately smell the difference. It is usually only sporadic when several factors come together, which is why the test with the foul-smelling, mobile odour source.
Does a Purvector always need a ventilation system?
Purvectors are installed in existing or new ventilation systems, regardless of type and size. The advantage of this is that Purvection is ensured uniformly in all rooms. There are also VENTO Purvectors, which are equipped with their own fan, which additionally purvectorize poorly or not at all ventilated areas.
What service and maintenance costs do Purvectors require?
Basically none. On the contrary, your service and maintenance costs for your ventilation system are reduced in terms of cleaning the ventilation ducts in a purvectorized ventilation duct. Purvectors are designed to operate 24/7 for years without any service or maintenance costs. Contaminations in the ventilation lines or faults in the ventilation system also contaminate the Purvector blades or also have a negative effect on the Purvectors, which entails cleaning the ventilation lines. By installing Purvectors, this cleaning effort is reduced in this ventilation pipe area. For more information, please see the “Service and Maintenance” section under the Installation section.
Can I still ventilate after installing a Purvector?
Purvectors do not replace the fresh air supply with daily burst ventilation, for example. Purvection does not change the composition of the air you breathe. The supply of fresh air is important and must be maintained. Purvection immediately neutralizes new pollutants introduced during ventilation. PURVECT AIR — better than fresh air.
How long does it take for PURVECT AIR to work?
Purvection is fully effective after a few minutes in a well-ventilated room. Apart from odour emissions, the majority of the perception of the effectiveness of Purvection is not smellable, visible or perceptible.
How does PURVECT AIR work?
PURVECT AIR uses the natural resources available in indoor air through bionics and brings them into an optimal, stable balance. PURVECT AIR uses bionic technology, a natural, physical process to neutralize pathogens, foreign odors and pollutants in indoor air. This natural and self-cleaning effect, which occurs in outdoor air as a result of thunderstorms, rain or sunlight, was transferred to indoor air through basic and bionics research. The safe neutralization of pollutants and foreign odors in indoor air through purvectorization optimizes indoor air in such a way that a real-time stabilized and optimized balance of existing natural resources in the room air is ensured safely and effectively at all times, without generating harmful emissions, such as electrosmog, nitrogen oxides or ozone. (Bionics = acronym from biology and technology, which deals with the transfer of natural phenomena to technology)
What is the difference between ionization and purvectorization?
Ionization is a physical umbrella term, without performance features, just as “driving” describes movement, without performance information. By specifying “rail travel” or, in our case, “purvectorizing”, the service is specifically defined. Ionization means any process in which one or more electrodes are removed from an atom or molecule (charge carrier) so that the charge carrier remains as a positively charged ion (cation), or vice versa an anion in recombination. This ion exchange takes place constantly in nature and is also influenced by solar radiation, rain or thunderstorms. As when driving, it is not described which means of transportation from A to B takes place, this is also not described when ionizing. With the addition “rail travel”, “driving” becomes a performance-related clarification in which everyone knows that it takes a locomotive which uses electricity, diesel or steam to transport various wagons on a rail network. Purvection, for example, ensures zero-emission, scientifically proven neutralization of pathogens, foreign odors and pollutants at all times with a coordinated overall concept. Drive -> Ionize Rail Travel -> Purvectorize
What are the advantages of Purvect Air compared to other ionization systems?
The benefits of neutralizing pathogens through purvectorization have been scientifically proven. Without releasing harmful emissions, such as nitrogen oxides, ozone or other pollutants, the scientifically proven results can be precisely measured and confirmed in every purvectorized room. Trust is good - control is better - we prove it every day! Since the umbrella term ionization does not define any features and technical content, the range of ionization services from device to device, from manufacturer to manufacturer is enormous. These must be carefully checked in each case. Due to the wide range of services offered by ionization devices, various health authorities warn against the installation of ionization devices. On the one hand, inexpensive devices promise more than they keep, and on the other hand, and far more problematic and harmful to health, ionization produces releases of nitrogen oxides or ozone or produces static charges. Purvection is a holistic concept that uses AI (artificial intelligence) optimized algorithm control to ensure that Purvection balance optimization is permanently stable in real time. The reliable effectiveness of neutralization at all times, without harmful emissions, is assured and scientifically proven.
Are there different PURVECT AIR models?
All Purvectors have the same protective effect, which offers 1,000 times more effective protection against germs than a surgical mask worn correctly at all times. The differences between the four Purvector types lie in the additional options that are possible, such as room scenting (from type 2), central display (from type 3) and additional sensors (from type 4) Purvector type 1: installation of Purvectors, which operate independently of each other, in a new or existing ventilation system, with the aim of 24/7 purvectorization. Purvector type 2: Installation of Purvectors and PurVect diffusers, which work independently of each other, in a new or existing ventilation system, with the aim of 24/7 or part-time Purvection and optional PURVect room scenting. Purvector type 3: Installation of interconnected Purvectors, which can be controlled via a central display and the PURVECT AIR app, with the aim of 24/7 or part-time Purvection, which can be monitored and controlled centrally, and optional PURVect room scenting. Purvector type 4: Installation of interconnected Purvectors, which can be controlled via a central display and the PURVECT AIR app, with the aim of 24/7 or part-time Purvection, which can be monitored and controlled centrally, and optional PURVect room scenting.
Will Purvector replace the available filter technologies?
Purvectors are an excellent addition to all filter systems available on the market. Together, they provide the best fresh air that you want, in the correct arrangement, sizing and design of the ventilation system. Purvectors without absorption filters are ineffective against coarse and fine particles.
